This should get some good debates. Which Oneida bow do you think is the most accurate and I do not want to hear all of them I know they are all great but which one do you think is the best. You can base this off of sales or stats or just plane opinion. I like the new bows for hunting, but like the weight of the older bows for targets. I think that the heavier bows are a little more steady in the hand at full draw. But I know that every one has a different opinion. I want to hear it so let me have it how wrong am I? :D :D

I like the switchblade for shooting targets best, but its just that a target bow. Accuracy in my opinion has a lot to do with who is shooting the bow also.

Weight can/does lead to stability. For a recurve, aim-shoot, lightweight not a problem. But if you have a compound, holding back for a period of time, trying to keep a pin on target through a peep - lightweight tends to wander. I always chuckle at the person that talks about the "dry" weight of a bow, and doesn't take into account the after set up weight.

The black eagles work well for me, with or without sights. After playing with other styles, the simple set up and tuning keeps things fun.

I come from the world where we believe it's the shooter not the equipment. Saying one bow shoots better than another is like saying that a pen spells better than a pencil.

But anyway there's some people at Oneida Sales & Service that think I'm nuts for loving the TomKat. The newer bows look like they belong on Star Trek or something.

I still believe the LFM made the best target bow. It was very balance and had a high grip that worked well. Bow was in that 44 inch tip to tip range so pinch angle on the string put peep the right distance from the eye.
